• Would you be interested in Skype (Instant conference)? Yes, might be!
• Smart boards in allmost all class rooms
• Each age group has a class which is specialising in information technology and media.

Part 3 - What is the objective of your school with regards to Internationalization?

1. History and social sciences

• Open for suggestions! Interested in a project and with a student exchange in 2009-2010.
• Please contact our history and social sciences teacher Anna-Liisa Roiha
• Themes could include for example that a Finnish school and another school compare the history of their country during the WW II OR comparing social security, education system, media, elections etc. OR equality in different countries.

2. Art

• Environmental issues through art.
• Local identity and local environment in students' artwork.
• Can be a part of another subjects, for example history, biology, social sciences etc. Students' could take photos, draw cartoons, make environmental art etc.

3. General

• Comparing different sports in differen countries. Reports of the students' own sport hobbies with the help of articles and pictures, even videos.
• Customs in different countries. How do others live their daily lives? What should we know about the customs if we visit each other's countries.
